Peggy Dunn is a Wellness Mindset Mentor who works with highly successful, accomplished, busy women to help them discover what they are truly hungry for and learn to satisfy their deepest cravings, so they can end binge eating once and for all.

She believes that health is the foundation of everything you do—without your health, you lack the stamina and energy to pursue the rest of life.

Peggy has over 15 years of experience as a licensed Mental Health Therapist. She is also Certified Life Coach, and Certified Functional Medicine Health Coach. She has studied brain science and mental health and mindset, specializing in emotional eating and other related issues. Peggy has helped numerous women transform their relationship with food and themselves, empowering them to regain control over their health and life. She has personally lost over 50 pounds, using her journey to create the five-step process that is now the foundation of her Release It Now!™ program.

Outside of her passion for coaching, Peggy loves growing food hydroponically, cooking, taking personal development seminars, workshops and getting to know like-minded people.  She is a personal development junkie.  She also enjoys walking, working out and traveling.
