Is this a diet program?

Nope. I’m not the food police and you don’t need another set of “rules.” This is about changing the relationship with food so you can stop the guilt–crave–repeat cycle.

Is this therapy or coaching?

This is coaching focused on mindset, emotional mastery, and sustainable habits. If you need therapy or a higher level of support, I’ll tell you straight—and help you find what fits.

Do I have to give up my favorite foods?

No. The goal isn’t “never eat the cookie.” The goal is: you decide… not your stress, your exhaustion, or that old “I already messed up” voice.

What kind of results do clients get?

Common wins: fewer urges, less guilt, more calm, better boundaries, and feeling in control around food. Long-term: you trust yourself again—and food stops being the solution to everything.

How much time does this take?

Do I need to track food, count macros, or weigh myself?

Not required. If tracking helps you, we can use it strategically. If it makes you obsessive or shame-y, we don’t. Simple.

How quickly will I see change?

What if I’m afraid I won’t follow through?

What if I do the work and I’m not getting results?
