Meet Peggy Dunn —

Founder of Get Your Hunger Satisfied

I’m Peggy Dunn, and I’ve dedicated my life to helping professional women understand what they are truly hungry for—so they can stop using food to fill emotional gaps and start living fully, freely, and confidently.

With 15+ years as a licensed Mental Health Therapist, Master's of NLP, combined with certifications in Life Coaching and Functional Medicine Health Coaching, I’ve guided countless women through the emotional and psychological layers of binge eating and food struggles.

But my passion for this work didn’t come from certifications alone—It came from my own transformation.

I spent years battling emotional eating behind closed doors while excelling professionally. It wasn’t until I asked myself, “What am I truly hungry for?” that I discovered the deeper patterns at play.

Through unconscious work, emotional mastery, and sustainable health habits, I lost over 50 pounds—and completely transformed my relationship with food.
This journey led me to create the powerful five-step framework inside my signature Release It Now process.

Today, I help busy, successful women stop hiding their struggles and start healing them—so they can show up as their most confident, energized, authentic selves.
