Get Your Hunger Satisfied provides coaching, workshops, educational content, and digital resources designed to help successful professional women overcome emotional and binge eating by reprogramming their unconscious mind, mastering their emotions, and creating sustainable health habits.

All services are intended for personal development, emotional wellness, and lifestyle improvement.

Coaching is not psychotherapy, counseling, or medical treatment. Participation does not establish a therapist–client relationship.

2. Eligibility

By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you:

(a.) Are at least 18 years old.

(b.) Have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.

(c.) Will provide accurate and complete information when requested.

(d.) Will disclose any physical or mental health conditions relevant to participation.

3. Payments & Registration

(a.) All purchases—whether for coaching programs, workshops, digital products, or subscriptions—must be paid in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.

(b.) Payment must be made through approved platforms or processors.

(c.) If you enter a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments regardless of participation status.

(d.) Failed payments may result in suspension of program access until resolved.

(e.) The Company reserves the right to deny access to any service if payment is incomplete or disputed.

4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refund policies may vary by product or program. Unless otherwise stated:

(a.) Programs & Digital Products: All sales are final and non-refundable.

(b.) Workshops or Live Events:

(b.1) Cancellations made 7 or more days before the event may be eligible for a full refund.

(b.2) Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable but may be transferred to a future workshop at the Company’s discretion.

(b.3) If the Company cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer credit.

(c.) No refunds are issued for non-attendance, early departure, or unused services.

5. Client Responsibilities & Conduct

By using our services, you agree to:

(a.) Participate with honesty, respect, and a willingness to engage.

(b.) Maintain a supportive, safe environment within group programs or workshops.

(c.) Refrain from disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior.

(d.) Take full responsibility for your emotional, mental, and physical well-being during and after participation.

The Company reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior violates these expectations, without refund.

6. Health & Liability Disclaimer

(a.) Our services are intended for educational, coaching, and personal development purposes.

(b.) We do not provide medical, psychological, therapeutic, or nutritional counseling.

(c.) Nothing on this website or in any program should be interpreted as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

By participating in workshops, coaching, group calls, or events, you acknowledge and agree that:

(b.) Your voice, image, or likeness may appear in photos, videos, or promotional media.

If you do not wish to appear in recordings, you must notify us in writing prior to the event.
